Our team processes your order first thing in the morning. You'll receive a photo of your fish before cutting, then a delivery notification when we're on the way. Payment is cash on delivery.

What time do you deliver?
We offer two delivery windows daily: 8am–1pm and 2pm–7pm, Saturday to Thursday. Select your preferred window during checkout. We'll send a WhatsApp message when we're 30 minutes away.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery only. Our driver will collect payment when your order is handed over. We're working on card and digital wallet payments — coming soon.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Abu Dhabi city, Khalifa City, Al Reem Island, Yas Island, and Saadiyat Island. Delivery to Al Ain and Sharjah is available for orders above AED 200.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the quality isn't what you expected, message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Can I order for bulk or corporate events?
Absolutely. We cater for weddings, Majlis events, restaurants, and corporate gatherings. Message us directly on WhatsApp for bulk pricing and scheduling.
What is a pre-order?
Some fish are seasonal or depend on daily catches. Pre-order items are reserved for the next boat return, typically 48–72 hours. You'll be notified on WhatsApp the moment your fish lands.

We started FreshCatch to fix something that bothered us: why does buying fresh fish in Abu Dhabi feel like a gamble?
From fishermen to families
FreshCatch was founded in 2024 by a team of Abu Dhabi locals who grew up buying fish from the Mina Zayed market — and watching it become harder and harder to find genuinely fresh, locally caught seafood at a fair price.
We partner directly with 14 fishing families across Abu Dhabi, eliminating every middleman between the ocean and your table. The fishermen set the price, and we handle everything from collection to delivery.
Our model is simple: orders placed before 6pm are processed the following morning, cleaned to your specification, and delivered in the same day. No frozen imports. No mystery fish. No guessing.

Our fishermen set their own prices. We take a flat 12% logistics fee and nothing more. Fair for them, fresh for you.

Every fish on our platform was caught in UAE territorial waters. No imports, no exceptions. We show you which boat caught it.
